This app helps individuals and organizations track dues, payments, and financial records. This page explains, plainly, what data the app holds and why.
The Udaipur Toloba app is a financial tracking and dues management platform designed for communities and organizations.
It is publicly available and can be used by individuals or groups who wish to manage dues, payments, and financial records in an organized manner.
While it is currently used by the Udaipur Toloba community, similar organizations may also use the app for their own operational needs.
Because this app tracks membership and financial records, it holds the following about each member:
Identity
Full name, ITS membership ID, mohallah / area, and designation within the organization.
Contact
Phone number, used for member identification and contact by administrators.
Photo
A profile photograph, used for member identification within the app.
Financial records
Dues assigned, payments recorded, and transaction history tied to your membership.
Device token
A push-notification token, used only to deliver in-app alerts about your dues and payments.
We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any information unrelated to membership and dues tracking. The app has no advertising, no analytics tracking, and no third-party marketing integrations.
Users may request access to the app by submitting their details through the available onboarding process.
For organization-based usage, account access may be reviewed and approved by administrators to ensure proper verification and role assignment.
This approach helps maintain data accuracy and ensures that financial records are managed securely.
We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. A small number of infrastructure providers process it on our behalf, strictly to run the app:

None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to member and financial data is restricted to signed-in administrators and staff roles, enforced on every request. Photos are stored in a private bucket and only ever served through time-limited, signed links.
User data is retained for as long as it is required to maintain accurate financial and organizational records.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the app or by contacting the organization admin.
Once a deletion request is processed, the associated data is permanently removed, subject to any operational or record-keeping requirements.
Membership in Udaipur Toloba isn't restricted by age, so the app's users can include minors as well as adults. Account access for minors may be reviewed through the same onboarding and administrator verification process described above. A parent or guardian with questions about a minor user's data, or a request to have it removed, can contact the organization administrator.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
